Google Tag Manager: install OpenWidget on your website with a few simple steps!

Using Google Tag Manager to manage code on your website? Great! Now you can also use it to enhance your customers' satisfaction by installing OpenWidget. You will get:

  • a Contact Form, giving your customers the option to reach you whenever a need arises;
  • a dedicated Frequently Asked Questions view for customers preferring self-help;
  • and beautifully designed Product Cards to promote your best products or current sales.

Install OpenWidget via Google Tag Manager

  • First, log in to your Google Tag Manager admin panel.
  • Click on the Add new tag button.

  • Select Tag Configuration.

  • Choose Custom HTML as an option.

  • Copy your OpenWidget snippet from the Add to website section and paste it into the HTML tab.

  • Scroll down a bit and click on the Triggering section.

  • From the list of available options, choose All Pages.

  • All that is left now is to apply changes by clicking on the Save button.

  • As the last step, Google will ask you to name your tag – OpenWidget will suffice.

And that's it! OpenWidget will appear on all of your pages using Google Tag Manager.
