So, how does it actually work?

Custom Links are integrated into OpenWidget, which you can easily add to your website. Once added, OpenWidget appears as a bubble – shape that is recognized by millions across the web. By default, it is located at the bottom right corner of your site. This bubble blends seamlessly with your website's design, but you can adjust its position through the OpenWidget Management App to place it exactly where you prefer.

As customers browse your site, they can click on the OpenWidget bubble to expand it and access the Custom Links you’ve set up. When they click on one of these links, a new browser tab will open automatically. Additionally, they can take advantage of other features that you can configure in OpenWidget Management App. Features like the Google Reviews Widget or ChatGPT for for your website.
