*Please note that the integration is currently in the Beta stage, meaning that not all of the features offered by LiveChat will work with OpenWidget. For example, OpenWidget cannot display LiveChat's greetings above the minimized bubble. However, we will display the notification dot there, informing your customers about the new message.
OK, so how can I integrate OpenWidget with LiveChat?
The process is really easy! All you need to do is to:
- Log into your OpenWidget app
- Go to the LiveChat section available under the Integrations category
- While there, simply click on the Try LiveChat button and we will automatically take care of the configuration and the activation of free, 14-days LiveChat trial for you.
From now on, customers visiting your website and interacting with OpenWidget will be able to start a chat with you. Chats are forwarded to LiveChat application automatically, where you can reply to them and also configure additional LiveChat features.
