So, how does it work?

The integration is quite simple! All that you need to do is to:

  1. Log into your OpenWidget app
  2. Go to the HelpDesk section available under the Integrations category
  3. While there, simply click on the Try HelpDesk button and we will automatically take care of the configuration and the activation of free, 14-days HelpDesk trial for you. 

And if you have a HelpDesk account already but you are signing up for OpenWidget for the first time, HelpDesk integration will be ready for you right after OpenWidget's onboarding. 

From now on, all messages will be forwarded to the email address assigned to your HelpDesk account. HelpDesk also gives you the option to create teams: groups of agents who perform customer service activities using HelpDesk. If you'd like to create a team that will take care of messages coming from your website and then assign all messages from OpenWidgdet to it, you can do this right within HelpDesk interface. Once your team is created, you can jump straight to Widget (by OpenWidget) tab in HelpDesk to assign all messages from your website visitors to it.
